Gw2 reshade.
It appears to be a custom fork of reshade with a few extra tweaks. Reading through their website, it appears that GW2 is supported. However, the UI skip feature appears to be specific to FFXIV. Gshade Works in GW2 it's my daily Driver. I use it because of the unlocked Depth Buffer that allows Ray Tracing in GW.

Game became a lot better, FPS got huge improvement and no stutter when moving camera around. In WVW I had standard model for ally and enemy, lowest Model Limit and Quality, Shadow - None, Reflections - None, the rest of graphic options are at highest possible. GShade is a highly modified ReShade fork & utility package with numerous improvements and settings autodetection for over 300 games. Note that all shaders in this repository are intended for use with the latest GShade release. Yeah the problem was that i had the files on the same folder as gw2.exe since the automatic installation of reshade puts them there. Back in the day, when i used SweetFX 1.5 the files had to be there too. The Bin folder is "new" as i dont recall it being there.
INSTALLATION: Goto https://reshade.me/ and download the latest version. Run the file after the download finishes. Click on "Click here to select a game and manage its ReShade installation". Either wait and click the game in the auto search or click the bottom right corner button, "Browse...", and search for the game's exe.

That is probably why DX11 resets to unchecked after restart. You can put preset files into the GuildWars2|bin64 folder and should then be able to select and tweak them ingame.
