After a year of having Spectrum Cloud DVR playback issues, hours of my time wasted talking to tech support, I gave up. I canceled my Spectrum TV service and moved to Direct TV Streaming. Wow, what a difference. Absolutely zero problems now with playback and no buffering issues ever. Works perfectly. My blood pressure is normal again.
