Costco tire center flat repair.
The tire center manager would not even touch the tire. He said once you put fix-a-flat in it, the tire is ruined and cannot be patched. Fix-a-flat would suggest otherwise. To be clear, this was not a tire bought at Costco, and I was going to pay for the repair ($15). The TC Manager gave me a refund when we told me about the fix-a-flat issue.
